Chicago, IL - The 2009 Collegiate Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) convention was held in Chicago May 27-29, 2009 on the campus of Northwestern University. Coaches from across the country convened in the Windy City for three days of meetings, award ceremonies, and guest speakers, such as quintuple-Olympic gold medalist Tom Jager, presently the Head Coach at the University of Idaho.
Scoutware, headquartered in the suburbs of Chicago, had several team members on hand to meet and greet the coaches, conduct one-on-one training sessions, and provide demos to interested individuals.
With Scoutware being the chosen recruiting and communication provider for nearly 70 swimming and diving programs across all levels, attending conventions like the CSCAA offers a great chance to meet a lot of people at one location.
While stopping by the Scoutware booth, Georgetown Head Coach Steve Cartwright said, “There are two things that head coaches must do successfully more than anything else, recruit and fundraise. Scoutware assists us to do both those things not only with ease, but also makes the entire process of communication exciting."
